Popular dates—especially weekends—fill up fast, so we recommend getting in touch as soon as possible. Our team can check the calendar for you and even place a tentative hold on a date while you finalise your decision.
Most couples secure their spot 9 to 18 months ahead of time, particularly for weekend dinner slots. That said, if your timeline is tighter, feel free to ask! We are happy to accommodate last-minute celebrations if the date is open.

Standard bookings include 4 hours of event time. If you need extra time for a complex setup or want to keep the party going late into the night, we can arrange extensions upon request.
For lunch events, the cutoff is 2:00 PM; for dinner, it is 10:30 PM. If you are interested in a dinner extension, let us know and we will see what we can do!
Most packages feature a bespoke 4-course Western or Asian Fusion menu designed by our chefs. This includes beer, bottled wine, and free-flow soft drinks, juices, coffee, and tea.
Absolutely. Once your package is confirmed, we will arrange a menu tasting so you can refine your selections. We can also tailor the menu further to better suit your personal tastes.

Yes! Two months before your big day, you will be assigned a dedicated wedding specialist who will handle the logistics and ensure everything runs perfectly from start to finish.
Your booking includes a private bridal changing room, guest lift access, and full use of our tech suite (sound system, projector, screens, and microphones).
You are more than welcome to bring in your own creative team. We also have a curated list of preferred partners who are very familiar with our layout if you need recommendations.
We love creative styling! We just ask that the décor does not cause any permanent damage to the venue. If you are planning on using open flames (like candles) or hanging installations, please check with us first for safety.
Guests can park directly within the ION Orchard mall or at the nearby Wisma Atria. For those taking public transport, we are conveniently located right at the Orchard MRT station.
While we are not a hotel, we have partnerships with nearby luxury stays like the St. Regis and Fullerton Bay Hotel. We can provide corporate rates to help your guests secure a great stay nearby.
We know RSVPs can be unpredictable. Our team will guide you through the “minimum guaranteed number” process and let you know the latest possible date to make adjustments to your final count.
A deposit is required to lock in your date, with the remaining balance due on the day of your wedding. Full details regarding our postponement and cancellation policies are clearly outlined in our contracts for your peace of mind.
