Sip & Savour Cocktail Festival returns from 24 February to 31 March 2026, inviting you to explore bold flavours, creative pours, and globally inspired expressions across our venues. This year’s theme: A World in Every Glass, celebrates mixology as a journey: across cultures, traditions, and ideas, distilled into every sip.
The Featured Pour at 1-Atico:
THE MONK
The Monk explores the world not as geography, but as philosophy, inspired by European monastic traditions of simplicity, ritual, and quiet precision. A composed blend of Scotch, ginger, and citrus, it is restrained yet expressive. Layered yet minimal. Crafted for reflection as much as enjoyment.
The Grand Finale
The festival culminates in one electrifying celebration at The Riverhouse on Friday, 27 March. Expect world-inspired cocktail booths, live DJ sets, bite-sized masterclasses, and high-energy after-party moments that carry the spirit of the festival into the night.
