A FOUR-HANDS DINNER WITH MICHELIN-STARRED LEROUY

One night, two chefs, six courses. Chef Paul hands half his menu to the Michelin-starred chef behind Lerouy, and they cook it side by side.

Tuesday, 15 December 2026 · 6PM Onwards

Chef Paul’s residency at Atico Lounge welcomes its guest chef. Christophe Lerouy, whose Mohamed Sultan Road restaurant has held a Michelin star in the 2026 Michelin Guide Singapore, brings the carte blanche approach he is known for. Each chef contributes three dishes to a single six-course menu, served for one night only.

WHAT’S ON THE TABLE

An exclusive six-course menu brings together the distinct culinary styles of Chef Paul Longworth and Chef Christophe Lerouy, showcasing contemporary French techniques and bold, unexpected flavour pairings.

Begin with delicate Tourteau crab, followed by scallop with popcorn emulsion and chorizo. The evening continues with black truffle, spaetzle and mussels, before moving into richer courses of langoustine with short ribs and Vin Jaune, and saddle of lamb with caramelised garlic and pink grapefruit sauce.

To finish, a delicate chestnut mousse with coconut, passion fruit and honeycomb brings a sweet conclusion to this one-night culinary collaboration.
