Featuring a Seafood Spectacular with half lobsters, scallops, poached mussels and live oyster shucking, a grand spread of charcuterie and artisanal cheese, alongside signature dishes from across 1-Group’s restaurants — including a first look at Chef Paul Longworth, who earned a Michelin star for ten consecutive years — with roving desserts to finish.

BRUNCH IN THE SKY
1-Atico opens its rooftop to the rest of the group. Ten 1-Group brands set up across the room — FIRE’s live-fire grill, FLNT’s Nikkei raw bar, Monti’s tableside risotto, Oumi’s sashimi counter, and more — each bringing the one dish it’s known for, assembled in a single afternoon 55 storeys above Orchard Road.
Joining them for the first time: Chef Paul Longworth previews dishes for his new pop-up opening at Atico Lounge on 15 October. This is the earliest anyone outside his kitchen will taste it.
